Room 21's focus for this term's Green Week was all about how we can save water at school. Ways we save water are:
- Most of our class have drink bottles that we bring to school every day.
- Soaping our hands and then turning on the tap to wash the soap off.
- Checking that the tap is turned off when we have finished using it.
We are also collecting water from the drinking fountains in the playground to water the gardens. When we drink from the fountains there is always a lot of water that goes down the drains. This is the water we are collecting and we are finding there is so much that we may have to use bigger buckets!

On Monday we weeded the gardens outside Rooms 19 - 22.
On Friday we all wore green or blue to celebrate Green Week.
We attached buckets to all the drinking fountains.
