Last week we were very privileged to go to the Beauty & The Beast show at the Kiri Te Kanawa Theatre in Auckland City. It was very exciting as it was our first trip out of our neighbourhood this year. We travelled on a double decker bus so we were able to have great views of our backyard. The Sky Tower was spotted very quickly! Thank you to Victoria who came with us and great performance Lyla Skinner, our Puriri Team star.
Here are some reviews from Room 21:
"At Beauty and the Beast I liked how they were loud and clear so I could hear them from the back. And the acting and costumes were really good. But I did not like some of the music choices" - Joe
"What I did not like about the Beauty And The Beast show was that it was far away. What i liked about the Beauty And The Beast was that it had lots of music. " - Elska
" I liked all the dancing and costumes." - Ioela
"I like that they were amazing! What I did not like was that they were loud. It kind of hurt my ears." - Elaina
"I liked seeing what was happening because I forgot what happened in the movie since when I watched it. I disliked that I couldn't see the whole stage because there were tall people ahead of me." - Alex
"Beauty and the beast was an amazing show because it was acted out in time. The only thing was that there was a lot of songs. They all had great singing voices and all." - Brody
"I liked Beauty and the Beast because it looked good but I couldn't see it." - Edie
"The Beauty and the Beast show wasn't very good because the light at the back of the seats was distracting me from watching the show. Also there was a lot of songs so it made me sleepy and I don't like getting sleepy when there are shows going on." - Rafin
"My favourite part in the beauty and the beast was when the beast walks down the stairs as a beast and comes back out as a human. What I didn't like about the beauty and the beast was that the voices were way too loud." - Luke
"I liked the beauty and the beast show because they had amazing moves and big voices. I did not like how loud their voices were when they were singing." - Havana
