SWIMMING TIMES FOR ROOM 21

Room 21 will be swimming at the following times for the next five weeks while the instructors are at school. The children will have 2 lessons per week with the instructors and two weeks with me.

Monday - no swimming
Tuesday - 11.25am
Wednesday - 9am
Thursday - 11.55am
Friday - 11.25am

Puriri Pupuhi Nui (Puriri Big Splash) will be held on Wednesday 4 April. More info will be sent home closer to the date.

Kia ora and Welcome to Room 21's blog for 2018

Hi everyone and welcome to our new blog for 2018. We have had a wonderful start to the year and our classroom is starting to take shape. In week 1 we learned a lot about each other and we began developing our class rules. We have also been practicing our class routines for the beginning of the day.

Reminders for this week:

• Homework was given out on Mondays and it is due on Fridays. Homework includes Reading and Maths practise.
• Swimming starts tomorrow. Please send along togs and towels every day until the end of term.
• Please send along your child's stationery asap so we can start using our books.
• School starts at 8.55am. 

I recommend checking our blog each Monday for any news or work samples the children have done.
