Tokelau - Malo Ni

 Next week is Tokelauan Language Week but Puriri Team has decided to celebrate it this week along with their Pacific neighbours Niue. 

Term 4 Begins

 

On Mondays and Wednesdays I will be posting choice board work for the week. Try to complete your tasks by Friday each week. Allow at least 1/2 hour to an hour each day (Monday - Thursday) to work through your school work. You can email me for help with anything you are stuck with.

 It's the last day of term today! 

Thank you to all our wonderful "at home support crew"! We couldn't have done it without you. I hope you all have a very relaxed 2 week break and I look forward to seeing you all next term.

ASSEMBLY UPDATE:

Well that was fun! Here is a snapshot I managed to take during the assembly. 

We had about 79 participants today which was amazing. Please check out everyone's blog posts because it sounds like there is a lot of sharing that has been happening.

Congratulations to you all for all your effort and enthusiasm over Lockdown.

A special mention must go to our 4 classmates who received certificates at the assembly.

Room 21's Zoo Zoom

 Yesterday we were able to have a Zoom meeting with zoo facilitators Lizzy and Ngaio who answered our many questions and gave us an interesting insight into life at Auckland Zoo. Did you know that there are 1400 animals at the zoo and 200 staff who care for them?

I will email the link to the Zoom, later today, to those children who missed it.
